What services do you provide?
We currently provide all general plumbing, draining and gas fitting services to domestic, commercial and Strata customers.
These can include but are not limited to:

- Clearing of blocked sewer and stormwater drains.
- Fix/replace leaking taps and toilets.
- Water filtration.
- Repair and installation of hot water systems.

What area do you service?
We service the entire Central Coast, including Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Wyong, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Berkeley Vale, Woy Woy and surrounding areas.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Yes. For emergencies such as burst pipes, blocked drains, gas leaks and no hot water, call us on (02) 4306 7473.
Our normal business hours are 7am - 5pm Mon - Fri, and outside these times after-hours rates apply.
How soon can you attend my job?
Response times depend on availability and urgency. Emergency jobs are usually prioritised, while non-urgent work can often be scheduled within a few days.
How much does it cost?
We provide honest, upfront, detailed quotes with no hidden charges. If anything was to change, we will let you know and seek approval before continuing. No surprises!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed with NSW Fair Trading (Licence No. 338411C) and carry current public liability insurance. All plumbing and gas work is certified with a Certificate of Compliance.
Do you guarantee your work?
All work is completed to a high professional standard and comes with a workmanship guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, bank transfer and cash. Payment is due on completion of the job.
We also offer flexible finance solutions to suit your budget.
What should I do in a plumbing emergency while I wait?
Turn off the water at your main stop tap (usually at the water meter near the front boundary). For a gas leak, turn off the gas at the meter or bottles, avoid using switches or flames, and call us.
For a leaking hot water system, also switch off its power or gas supply.
